How SMS Consent Is Collected
Champions Advantage sends SMS messages only for service-related account, team, schedule, training, staff, and administrative communication connected to an active Champions Advantage client organization or approved affiliate program.
Recipients provide their mobile number during private Champions Advantage onboarding, team intake, staff setup, or direct coordination with Champions Advantage or their organization administrator. Before service-related SMS messages are sent, the recipient is shown an explicit SMS consent checkbox beside the phone-number collection field.

SMS is used for service-related team communication, program reminders, schedule/admin updates, account/team/staff coordination, and follow-up communication for active client organizations or approved affiliate programs. Champions Advantage does not use this SMS program for cold outreach, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or promotional blasts.
