By using the Champions Advantage platform and its messaging services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Description
Champions Advantage provides a mental performance coaching platform for athletic organizations. As part of our services, authorized staff members may send administrative alerts, scheduling updates, team notifications, and other service-related communications by email. SMS text messages are sent only to recipients who have agreed to receive Champions Advantage text messages through the SMS opt-in process described below.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Champions Advantage SMS messages are optional account, team, schedule, training, and administrative notifications sent to users who have agreed to receive text messages from Champions Advantage.
Opt-in occurs when a parent/guardian provides a mobile number during the private Champions Advantage athlete/team intake form and checks a separate optional SMS consent box agreeing to receive Champions Advantage text messages. SMS consent is not required to complete intake, receive non-SMS service, or purchase services.

- Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages per month.
- Text STOP to cancel.
- Text HELP for help.
3. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will confirm your removal and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Supported Carriers
Our messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Use of Platform
By using Champions Advantage, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and data entry.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to athletic organization management and mental performance coaching.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Not attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role permissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Champions Advantage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party carrier issues.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
